We are boutique landlords (small but classy) who have been in the rental business for three generations.  We have actually lived in many of our units over the past 50 years. 

 

While we may only have a limited number of spaces to rent we believe it allows us to get to know each of our tenants as individuals, not just a rent check. Everything we own in East Lansing is a short walk to M.S.U.
